Returns & Exchanges Policy

Return Guidelines

  • Timeframe: 15 days from receipt of delivery
  • Condition: Items must be unused, in original packaging with all tags and components
  • Proof of Purchase: Original order number required
  • Shipping: Customer responsible for return shipping costs

Non-Returnable Items

Due to the specialized nature and safety considerations of certain motorcycle components, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Quick Fill Components & Fuel Tanks: Specialized fuel system components that cannot be resold once opened due to safety and hygiene regulations
  • Gas Caps: Safety-critical components that cannot be verified as uncompromised after customer handling
  • Installed or Used Parts: Any component showing signs of installation, wear, or removal from original packaging

Step-by-Step Return Process

1 Initiate Your Return Request
